If something is not working

It helps a lot if you tell us:

• which tool you were using (vinyl, CD, cassette or circle)
• your device and browser, for example an iPhone with Safari or a Windows laptop with Chrome
• what you did, and what happened instead

Please don't send your artwork or music unless we ask for it. The tools never upload your files, so we can't see them.
